Eight Months of Waiting
on the City
The homeowner had applied for a building permit for a new detached garage. Months went by with no approval and no clear answer on what was holding it up. The client was simply waiting for the City to move.
When we were retained, we stopped waiting. We went back to the City and asked directly what was missing from the application, then worked closely with the designer to resolve each item properly.
